As Marlene tells you in her book “My Beauty-A Guide to Looking and Feeling Great” beginning on page 65 if you have freckles you should show them off!
Are you a freckle face? Don't hide behind your freckles and definitely don't try and hide your freckles. They make you special and everyone will remember your face!
Did you know that the scientific name for freckles is ephelides? Freckles are clusters of pigment cells- meaning cells that have color in them. They pop up or become darker when the skin is exposed to sunlight, that's why even people with only a few freckles have new ones in the summer after long beach days. Freckles are most common on people with fair skin, but anyone with any shade or kind of skin can have them.
Don't forget to wear sunscreen whether or not you have freckles, that way you'll be beautiful on the inside and out for years to come! Stay freckly!
