Entry deadline is....

1. Eligibility:Contest is open to all fans of JAM age 18 or younger. Employees of sponsor and affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, immediate family members and persons living in the household are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. To enter without obligation: You may enter the Giveaway by mailing or emailing a story about what you've done the first month of school to make a difference in someone's life, no later than November 15th, 2009. Email us your story, (Go to the jam form page) to fill out the information on the form and submit your story. Your information will be entered into the competition if received by...

Entries must be postmarked no later than... Use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. Only three entries per person, household, and/or email address are permitted. Giveaway entrants submitting more than three stories will only be considered based on the first three stories and no more.

3. Complete submissions must include: an email describing what good deed you have done to make someone happy! Submissions must also include the entrant's first and last name, mailing address, email address, and parent's email address. All contestant participants must first sign up (free) for JAM membership, see membership form.

4. Judging and awarding of prizes: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. All Giveaway entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules and Regulations will be entered into the competition, at the JAM offices. Two (2) Good Deed JAM stories  will be selected by our professional judges. The selection is final and binding.

5. Prize: Two (2) winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received. Winners will receive copies of all 4 books, signed and personalized by Marlene Wallach. By entering, the participant consents for his/her entry to be considered for publication on the Web site.

6. Notification of Winners: The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the prize awarding. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or is ruled ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.

7. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules & Regulations. JAM is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence whether by email or postal mail or otherwise, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program, or transmission malfunctions, failures, or difficulties. Sponsor's decisions in all respects relative to a Giveaway are final. Jam or a Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by JAM or the sponsor in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, provincial, and local regulations apply.

8. Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by submitting a story the winner consent to her winning entry and statements attributed to the winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation. All entries become the property of JAM and none will be acknowledged or returned.
